About the Role
Join Carlsberg Britvic, an integrated beverage powerhouse offering a unique portfolio combining beer and soft drinks. As a National Account Manager in our Hospitality team, you'll lead a portfolio of customers such as Aramark, Elior, ISS, OCS, Phubarb, WSH to deliver commercial targets while developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You'll be the driving force behind P&L delivery and customer relationships, contributing to our ambitious growth plans in this exciting, dynamic market.
Role Responsibilities
Drive direct responsibility for budget delivery aligned with Carlsberg Britvic's ambitious growth plans across volume, net revenue, and gross profit
Develop and execute joint business plans that reflect market conditions, ensuring timely course correction when needed
Engage cross-functionally to maximize commercial outcomes for both customers and the business
Establish and execute commercial strategies to deliver or over-deliver against targets
Forecast demand accurately and manage supply effectively through the Sales & Operational Planning process
Proactively manage commercial risk, continually assess performance against plan, and reset priorities when necessary
Lead by example in fostering a growth culture that embraces diversity and inclusion, ensuring colleagues feel empowered and supported
Experience and Key Attributes
Proven track record of excellent performance in FMCG manufacturing and/or retail environments
Demonstrated ability to develop energizing cross-functional relationships that enable customer plans delivering tangible results
Strong understanding of financial concepts across relevant channels with the ability to build mutually beneficial account plans
Experience collaborating with peers to build robust Sales & Operational Plans (S&OP)
Passion for growing brands and channels while maintaining high service levels for customers
Degree level education or equivalent with commercial experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with beer and/or soft drinks exposure
UK driving license and ability to be locally based in the area/channel
