Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant - HR Specialist, you will:
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Human Resources roles across a dedicated geographical patch.
4. Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches for roles.
5. Source top-tier HR candidates, including roles such as HR manager & Talent Acquisition.
6. Leverage Michael Page's market-leading resources, networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively.
7. Actively develop and build new relationships, gaining a deeper understanding of their hiring needs, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
8. Collaborate within a highly successful team, with many opportunities to pass work and support each other in a warm desk environment.
9. Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within the national remit.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for individuals with:
10. 12 months+ experience in 360 recruitment within a commercial setting, with a proven track record of driving new business opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
12. A proactive, consultative approach to client acquisition and account management.
13. The ability to attract and engage top talent.
14. Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
