I am working with a client based on the outskirts of Leeds to recruit a fleet administrator on a temporary basis. The assignment is fully office-based and is an ongoing temporary role.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining accurate records of fleet vehicles, including servicing andpliance documents
2. Coordinating vehicle bookings, inspections, and repairs
3. Supporting the fleet management team with administrative tasks
4. Liaising with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders
5. Ensuringpliance withpany policies and relevant regulations
The ideal candidate would have:
6. Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
7. Strong organisational and time management skills
8. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
10. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
