About Small Heath Leadership Academy
Located in Birmingham, it is a secondary school for 11 to 18-year-olds. Since joining Star Academies in 2018, it has a leadership specialism and was rated ‘good’ in all areas during its May 2022 inspection.

You will have:
* Good practical knowledge of field tactics, map reading, skill at arms, first aid, drill, and adventure training matters.
* UK Forces experience and Duke of Edinburgh Instructor qualification.
* Experience working with learners of all ages or dealing with the public in busy settings.
* The ability to self-evaluate and seek learning opportunities.
* The motivation to improve own practice continuously through self-evaluation and learning from others.
