At Nationwide, the Customer Representative role supports customers across all our channels, from in‑branch transactions and teller duties to handling inbound calls and supporting product applications through digital sales. The role involves first‑class service in person, via phone and online – training is provided.
The role is an integral part of the branch, acting as the gateway to protect and look after our customers while working closely as a team.
Responsibilities
The role is versatile – dealing with customers face‑to‑face at the counter, completing transactions, educating customers on digital services and easier ways to bank. Duties also include handling customer queries through various channels, including online and phone, and building knowledge to answer all enquiries.

Other Information
Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire. The position is permanent, full time (35 hours per week) Monday to Saturday. Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time. Applicants must be within a 45‑minute commute of the branch. Training will be virtual in‑branch and no holiday is taken in the first three weeks.
