EQUANS is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham to be responsible for the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey and Trustmark Compliance on both survey and technical solutions. What will you deliver?
* To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
* Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the central region (Yorkshire), ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
* Work with Sustainability Manager & central Sustainability Team in establishing EQUANS as the partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD, ECO and any other available funding streams.
* Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
* Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
* Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.

Who are we looking for?
* Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
* OCDEA
* Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
* Proven ability to manage teams delivering against specific output objectives.
* Minimum of 5 years working with the construction industry in general
