Job Description:
This role provides leadership and functional expertise in pricing excellence and strategic pricing decisions. It manages pricing evaluations on key tenders and leads a centre of best practice to improve pricing implementation across all CLTs.
Key Accountabilities:
* Drive excellence in market intelligence to understand competitors' commercial behaviors and gather key pricing insights from internal networks.
* Assist strategic business decisions by generating actionable insights to support growth, identify opportunities, and deliver value across multiple time horizons using competitive intelligence.
* Ensure pricing frameworks, toolkits, research, and insights are updated and shared across CLTs.
* Lead the development of pricing waterfalls and ensure they are in place with clear functional ownership, e.g., marketing setting list prices & NHF.
* Maintain and develop pricing toolkits.
* Develop and lead a framework aligned with Castrol’s pricing strategy, including market conditions, competitive positioning, and portfolio strategy.
* Support offer development to drive growth by leading insight activities and pricing for new products and services, including index-based pricing approaches. Provide commercial scrutiny throughout the OD&I process and approve all new OD&I price positions.
* Develop and own the Brand pricing strategy across all Automotive & Industrial segments in Europe.
Experience:
Customer and channel management experience; proven cross-functional project management within complex organizations; experience in marketing programs, management of programs and offers; a proven track record in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Operations.

Education:
