As a part-time Customer Service Assistant in our Servicing Team you will be providing administrative support services for the Forester Life Customers and field force, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.
Your role will involve:
* Collation and dispatch of correspondence
* Open and distribute customer correspondence to Customer Services Administrators
* Processing payment collection instructions
* Liaising with customers and financial advisers for outstanding information or requirements
* Setting up new, amend and cancel direct debits
* Deal with batching cheque payments and reconciliation
* Processing payments to the customer
* Filing, scanning and destruction of paper records
What we require
* Previous office experience
* Financial Services experience highly desirable
* Good organisation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and adaptable

Working hours are 3 hours a day Monday to Friday. This role will be to cover mornings start time is flexible but likely to be 9.30/10.00am.
