Overview
The Academic Registrar is our School’s Examinations Officer and internal data administrator. They coordinate and lead on the internal and external examinations processes including public examinations; a calm demeanour combined with fantastic organisational skills is required. The ability to deal with numerous tasks at once and manage priorities will be key to ensuring smooth running of assessments. They will also deal with various staff and external organisations, so good communication skills are essential.
The School’s MIS is Arbor. They should have strong technical and analytical skills to maximise and streamline internal data. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of IT and be familiar with confidential data and IT systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and use of online portals to administer examinations, and to keep up-to-date with developments in these areas. The nature of the work demands discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead on internal and external examinations processes including public examinations.
* Manage data within the School MIS (Arbor) and associated IT systems with discretion and confidentiality.
* Maintain effective communication with staff and external organisations.
* Support the administration of examinations via Outlook, Word, and Excel; use of online portals to administer examinations.
* Start date available as soon as possible; negotiable at interviews.
