Job Title: Social Creative Lead – Sports Brand
Location: (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40K – £45K depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the social creative strategy and day-to-day output across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
* Develop and execute both reactive and planned content ideas
* Write standout copy that reflects a bold, energetic brand personality
* Direct content shoots and manage end-to-end production in collaboration with internal teams
* Coordinate with a growing network of influencers, athletes, and creators to produce original social content
* Plan, schedule, and publish social content in line with broader campaign goals
* Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and inform creative direction
* Develop repeatable content formats that increase engagement and build audience loyalty
* Stay tuned in to current events, especially within football/sports, and turn them into relevant content
* Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or collaborations (including international opportunities)
