A growing project and cost management consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects while developing within a collaborative consultancy environment.

The role
You will support and deliver both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, working closely with clients and project teams across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets
* Undertake valuations and assist with final accounts
* Support procurement and contract administration processes
* Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful delivery
* Contribute to project reporting and commercial management
Requirements
* Experience within a Quantity Surveyor role in consultancy (preferred)
* New build project experience highly desirable
* Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract services
* Good commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work across multiple projects and sectors
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
