Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell to ensure a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
5. Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
6. Stay updated on company activity and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all FatFace policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to GDPR procedures at all times.

1. Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.

7. Good time management skills.
