Our client, a well established residential childcare provider are seeking a Senior Children's Support Worker to join their dynamic team in Ramsgate, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £30,680 per year. Bring extensive experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted Regulated home. Demonstrate a dedication to providing outstanding care and support to our residents. Be suitable to work with children, with a valid DBS certificate. Thrive in a team environment, collaborating with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the home. Preferred Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 diploma in children and young people's residential care, or equivalent. Possess relevant experience in a similar role, working with children and young people in a residential setting.
