Our client is seeking a versatile, proactive Office Administrator for 20-25 hours per week (flexible hours to suit you). You'll be the friendly heartbeat of their office, handling a dynamic mix of tasks that keep everything running smoothly:
* Welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact
* Managing calls, queries, and messages with confident communication
* Preparing documents and correspondence using smart templates
* Building client relationships face-to-face and over the phone
* Supporting accounts administration
* Streamlining daily admin – filing, scanning, post, and more
