About The School:
Our client is a specialist school for children and young people aged 2–19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and complex medical needs. The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons tailored to each student’s needs and EHCPs
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and families
* Use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress and inform teaching
* Foster a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and help shape our inclusive ethos
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in working with children with SEN, particularly PMLD, SLD, and complex needs
* A patient, resilient, and positive attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
