Part Time Retired Accountant,
available to work 2/3 days a week.
About The Role
Part-Time Retired Accountant Position Available
We are currently seeking a retired accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a wealth of accounting experience and is looking for a part-time or flexible work opportunity (2 days a week).
Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
* Analysing financial data and preparing reports
* Costing and analysis of saleable products, overheads, and other departmental assessments.
Requirements
* Retired accountant with a strong background in financial accounting
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interpret facts and compare data

Required Criteria
* Strong business acumen with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to quickly interpret facts and compare data
* Well organised with a strong aptitude for detail.
* Experience maintaining integrated computerised management information systems.
Desired Criteria
* Experience of cost accounting is desirable, but not essential.
