About this vacancy
The role
We'd be very interested in talking to individuals who have 2 – 4 years' experience in insolvency and restructuring work, to be part of our Banking and Restructuring team.
The role would be to be part of and develop the restructuring and insolvency aspects of our practice in which we act for insolvency practitioners, creditors, investors, employees and lenders to address both short-term or more chronic trading difficulties, advising on disputes, restructures and reorganisations, buying and selling struggling businesses and creating investment opportunities. We will consider experience across both contentious and non-contentious practice areas.

We've also set our sights on an individual with excellent people, communication and client management skills, an interest in business development and great commercial awareness.

The banking and restructuring team are a key part of the wider Muckle LLP team, which is over 190 people strong. Our people are based across our Newcastle, Cumbria and Teesside offices.
