Job Details
Full‑time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00).
Pay, Benefits And More

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
* Manage stock integrity and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs.
* Coordinate cycle counting and analyse data to identify trends and corrective actions.
* Lead and develop a team of administrators to deliver efficient stock processes.
* Maintain Warehouse Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are met.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system projects.
* Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive team culture.
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
* Proven experience in stock management within a warehouse environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
* Financial awareness in relation to stock control.
