Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
As a QA Manager, you will oversee the entire departmental QA process, ensuring standards are used to meet the highest quality before products reach customers. This role involves strategic planning, team management, process improvement, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Activities
1. Strategic Test Management Development: Direct the ongoing advancement of test management strategies to enhance both manual and automated testing processes.
2. Standardization and Guidelines Formulation: Define and enforce test management standards and guidelines for consistent quality and best practices.
3. Quality Assessment and Oversight: Assess and oversee test management quality across the software lifecycle, setting performance metrics.
4. Training and Consultation: Provide expertise and training to elevate software test management practices organization-wide.
5. Incident Analysis and Preventive Action: Investigate testing incidents, determine causes, and implement preventive measures for continuous improvement.
6. Continuous Improvement Identification: Identify areas for improvement, advocating for innovative tools and techniques.
7. Automation and Tool Integration: Lead the adoption of automated testing and test management tools, fostering a software-centric testing approach.
