You’ll join a team working at pace, connecting data, costing models, operational insights and commercial strategy to ensure we make the right choices for our customers and for our bottom line. About the Role This role is hands‑on, analytical and commercially focused, with responsibilities including: • Refining costing and yield models to keep them aligned with real‑world performance. • Assessing operational and product design changes and modelling their cost and price implications. • Identifying profit and yield improvement opportunities across key channels. • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations and Finance. • Acting as super‑user and trainer of the Contribution Model across the commercial organisation. • Leading or supporting strategic projects contributing to EBIT improvement targets. About You • Strong experience in costing, cost allocation, network economics or financial modelling. • Ability to turn raw data into meaningful commercial narratives and actionable recommendations. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing senior leaders. • A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on problem solving. • Confidence operating autonomously and driving outcomes with minimal direction. • Experience from commercial, pricing, finance, consulting, or operational strategy environments.
