Decentralized Masters
What will you be doing?
As the Analytics Engineer, you'll be at the center of how data flows across Decentralized Masters. You'll design and maintain robust data pipelines, integrate systems like Supabase, Fivetran, and HubSpot, and develop reliable data models and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
This hands-on role blends data engineering, automation, and business intelligence, offering a chance to make a direct impact on company-wide decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Infrastructure Management:
o Manage and optimize data tables and queries within Supabase
o Configure and maintain Fivetran integrations to ensure data accuracy and freshness
o Oversee HubSpot data synchronization and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and fulfillment systems
o Monitor integrations, troubleshoot data consistency issues, and improve system performance
* Data Modeling and Transformation:
o Design and maintain SQL-based data models and transformations to support analytics and reporting
o Combine, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources for consistent business use
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate reporting and analytical needs into scalable, maintainable data structures
* Business Intelligence and Reporting:
o Build and maintain insightful Sigma dashboards that empower business teams with real-time performance visibility
o Define, document, and maintain consistent key metrics and KPIs across departments
o Partner with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization
* Automation and Process Optimization:
o Develop automated workflows to streamline reporting, data synchronization, and business processes
o Implement data quality checks, alerts, and monitoring systems to maintain reliability
Maintain clear documentation for all pipelines, data models, and automations.
Requirements What do you bring?
Must-Have Skills:
* Proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and query optimization
* Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL
* Experience configuring and monitoring Fivetran integrations
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM data structures
* Understanding of data modeling, transformation, and reporting best practices
* Experience building dashboards in Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation
* Knowledge of workflow automation tools
* Familiarity with API-based integrations and JSON data handling
* Exposure to version control (Git) and documentation standards
