1. Responsibilities: This role involves court advocacy, case preparation, review, and advisory work. It offers the flexibility to work from home at least 2-3 days per week. The workload is varied, intellectually stimulating, and rewarding.
2. Training and Support: The role includes induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, ensuring a seamless and well-supported transition into a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer position.
3. Qualifications: Open to Solicitors and Barristers holding a practising certificate in England and Wales. Preferably, candidates will have over 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate a genuine passion for this area.
4. Skills: Ability to make solid, well-reasoned decisions, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are essential.
