Sales Director | UK & EMEA | High-Growth SaaS Challenger

The role:
* Lead, coach and develop a UK-based sales team
* Own and drive UK & EMEA revenue performance
* Build and execute a scalable SaaS sales strategy
* Drive new business, renewals and expansion across key accounts
* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success
What we’re looking for:
* Proven Sales Director / Senior Sales profile within SaaS
* Substantial management and leadership experience within SaaS
* Strong track record in subscription-based revenue models
* Experience developing high-performing sales teams
* Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on commercially
* Background in data, analytics or complex solution sales is highly advantageous
Location: Surrey (2/3 days per week in office)
