Overview
Based in the Lillyhall office, Britton Hillary Ltd are experiencing continuing growth and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Support, to assist the running of our commercial cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess admin skills and a comprehensive understanding of the cleaning industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
* Production of Health & Safety Statements and Assessments including monitoring of those currently implemented.
* Co-ordinate site information for the production of invoices and financial reporting.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently. Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff and teams providing guidance and support as needed.
* Manage levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
* Experience in Excel and Data input
* Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the commercial cleaning sector.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
