Precast Concrete Operatives
Location: Worksop, S80
We are currently recruiting Precast Concrete Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Worksop. This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment with consistent hours and the potential to secure a permanent position after an initial temporary period.
Shift Patterns and Pay:
Days: 6:00am - 2:30pm - £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Afternoons: 4:00pm - 12:30am - £16.10 per hour plus holiday pay
Nights: 6:00pm - 2:30am - £18.20 per hour plus holiday pay
Shifts are Monday to Friday. Overtime is available and paid after 39 hours worked.
Role Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general duties within a precast concrete manufacturing facility
* Assisting with the production of precast concrete products
* Preparing and assembling moulds prior to casting
* Pouring and finishing concrete units
* Operating machinery used in the production process
* Working from technical drawings where required
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within a precast concrete environment is required
* Own transport is essential due to the site location and shift patterns
* Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
Duration:
This role is initially temporary, with the opportunity for a permanent position after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.
