Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience, ideally at least 2-4 years in a similar position, and will have the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.
We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
1. Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food are of a high standard and comply with food safety regulations.
2. Supervising, training, and motivating the team to achieve the highest standards.
3. Involvement in menu planning, compilation, ordering, and ensuring departmental budgets are controlled.
4. Maintaining high standards of quality control, handling, and storage of commodities according to current legislation.
5. Ensuring dishes are produced to a consistent high standard.
