Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support our partner secondary schools in Twickenham and the surrounding areas.
No previous experience is necessary — just a genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
The Role:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students
* Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment
* Help individual or small groups of pupils with their learning needs
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
* Provide essential support to ensure continuity of learning and smooth school operations
About You:
* Enthusiastic and motivated to work with young people
* Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of school environments
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Willing to learn and develop new skills on the job
* Child workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
