Job Responsibilities

* Build, manage, and grow relationships with key card networks, driving joint initiatives and launching new offerings that support Chase’s product and business objectives.
* Serve as the central point of contact for network escalations, ensuring communication, timely execution, issue resolution, and alignment of strategy across JPMorganChase.
* Support the execution and management of complex commercial agreements, SOWs, and amendments in partnership with Corporate Development & Legal.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment, support product innovation, and ensure successful execution of network‑related initiatives.
* Analyze and communicate regulatory changes and legal matters impacting card payment network relationships to assess and address implications for Chase.
* Implement, track, and analyze network rules, announcements, and standards; develop actionable plans to address gaps and safeguard Chase’s interests.
* Represent Chase at industry forums and partner events, strengthening Chase’s reputation as a leader and innovator in payments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Demonstrate experience in payments, card networks, issuing/acquiring, or financial services in a partner or relationship management role.
* Show working knowledge of card issuing economics, scheme rules, and key operational processes (auth, clearing, chargebacks/disputes, fraud controls, tokenization, BIN management).
* Manage cross‑functional initiatives with high business impact.
* Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
* Resolve issues and escalations to closure with structured root cause analysis and follow‑ups.
* Understand the UK/EU payments environment (e.g., FCA, PSR, SCA/3DS) and scheme compliance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Bring experience at a major card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or large financial institution.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
