We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Pre‑Birth Team for our North West and Central team. We are looking for an energetic social worker to join an established team.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong assessment skills
* Assess and manage risk
* Attend complex case meetings and present findings
* Hold cases at CIN and CP – PP to ICO
* Work with a reduced case load
* Hybrid work – flexible to work from office and remotely
About You
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are committed to making a difference. The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Social Work and completed ASYE
* Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
* Experience working with children and families in a social work setting
* Strong assessment and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Our Offer
* Salary plus an incentive payment of £1,000
* Retention payment up to £5,000 per annum, subject to tax and NI deductions (T&C apply)
