The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs
* Work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
