Accounts Assistant Location: Richmond Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm (office based) Type: Permanent Duties: Oversee, and undertake where necessary, daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations. * Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties * Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis * Assist in preparing VAT returns and other statutory submissions * Monitor and maintain petty cash and company credit card transactions * Help with month-end and year-end closing processes * Ensure accurate and timely data entry and document filing * Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries * Support audits and financial reviews as needed * Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks as required Experience: * Experience working in a finance department, ideally in a manufacturing environment * MS Excel For more information please get in touch with Dan at Imperial Recruitment Group
