Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and site visits. Liaise with external partners, investors, and stakeholders. Prepare board documents and take accurate minutes for senior meetings. Travel & Events Organise UK and international travel and accommodation for directors. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, strategy away days, and company webinars. Support the CEO with speaking engagements and external appointments. Senior-Level Administration Manage purchase orders, expenses, and invoices. Organise gifts, charitable donations, and one-off director requests. Compile high-quality presentations and board materials. Team & Office Support Collaborate with the Business Support team on reception cover, post, stationery, and meeting room setup. Help coordinate company-wide events, hospitality and day-to-day operational support. Act as a flexible support to other teams when needed. About You: Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
