RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established procurement company who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager (Hybrid). The Finance Manager will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and will have 4 direct reports within the team. The Role: Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Produce the management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis Reconcile and submit VAT returns Manage fixed asset register, report and monitor Capex. Assist Head of Finance with production of annual budget. Manage direct reports, including daily communication and mentoring for wider business success. Any other ad-hoc tasks across the wider finance department. Requirements: Qualified / Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) accountant Proven experience within a similar role Minimum 3 years experience within management roles Strong financial knowledge Previous experience with SAP Package: £48,000 - £52,000 23 days holiday Bank Holidays birthday Hybrid working (3 days in office, Mon & Fri WFH) Pension Matching Free parking onsite
