The Role

We are seeking aHospitality Coordinatorto join ourwonderfulCommercialteam, andcontribute to the success of a globally significant event,supporting the Commercial team to deliver the Hospitality programme for Glasgow 2026.


Job Summary

As Hospitality Coordinator you will support the delivery of a world-class Hospitality programme for Glasgow 2026, working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to coordinate catering, guest services, and venue operations across multiple sites. You will manage planning timelines, trackers, and readiness documentation, while overseeing menu development with external caterers and ensuringhigh standardsin service delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, contribute to venue planning meetings,maintainaccurateguest lists aligned with accreditation protocols, andsupportdevelopment of sales brochures and strategies. During Games time, you will lead on-site hospitality operations,overseeingcatering, cleaning, and volunteer teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.


Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering catering services for complex events/sporting events.You will bring excellentorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines whilemaintaininga high standard of attention to detail and accuracy.

You willdemonstratestrongcommunication,customerserviceand stakeholder managementskills,with a willingness to be sitebased during the Games period.

Salary

Starting salary is from £27,500. Salary offered will be based ondemonstratedskills and experience related to this role.
