The role
A senior position within the sales team, focused on supporting the continued growth of a leading platform in the recruitment space. You’ll sell into recruitment agencies, managing your own deals from first contact through to close.
* Owning the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract
* Delivering tailored product demos
* Prospecting and building your own pipeline
* Forecasting accurately and updating CRM regularly
* Helping improve internal sales processes
* Handover new clients smoothly to onboarding
* Creating your own territory mapping and target lists
* Managing key partnerships and building strong relationships
What you’ll need
* SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR or recruitment-related tech
* Experience with ATS, CRM, RMS or Payments software is a big plus
* A consultative approach – solving real hiring problems
* Strong empathy – genuinely care about improving how customers work
* A fast learner – new features roll out weekly
* A strong storyteller – can explain solutions with real-life examples that land
