ICONICS is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to add to its Marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for global digital marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, Google Ads, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and data-driven content development and optimization for ICONICS, Mitsubishi Electric Company (MELCO), including partner websites and digital collateral. You will research and implement new digital marketing programs across platforms where ICONICS and parent company MELCO have market access. You will work closely with the MELCO Marketing Center of Excellence and website development teams at ICONICS and MELCO offices worldwide. One of your primary goals will be to optimize the ICONICS online presence in key markets in Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. You will also be an integral part of our marketing automation initiative and will be responsible for analyzing data gathered from our CRM and marketing automation systems relating to website, ads, and social media engagement to build out campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing or a related subject
* Two or more years of digital marketing experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an innovative mindset
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 a strong preference), and Google Tag Manager
* Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
* It would be beneficial to have experience with SEMrush, Salesforce/Pardot, or similar marketing automation systems
Responsibilities:
* Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online marketing, and analyze, review, and provide relevant reports to management.
* Analyze performance data to optimize and improve targeting, industry messaging, creative, and overall campaign performance.
* Manage and oversee the performance of our Google Ads in conjunction with our local SEO agency, as well as on and off-page SEO tactics in cooperation with our web development team.
* Be a key player in our marketing automation journey, leveraging CRM and marketing automation systems for insightful data analysis.
