Essential Requirements:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role with:
* DBS
* Extensive Experience in FM and Maintenance Services
* Management Experience
* Commercial Gas Accreditations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Clean, full driving license.
Desirable Requirements:
· Experience working with Client Service Software, clik or Big Change would be advantageous

Technical Specification
* Knowledge and experience of service, maintaining HVAC systems and components
* Technical knowledge and experience of fault diagnosis on HVAC systems and components
* Technical knowledge and experience of domestic and commercial gas systems and appliances
* Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships
* Communicate and liaise with auditors to ensure completion and compliance
* Monitoring budgets to ensure financial performance throughout jobs
* Strong understanding of compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and Legal which include industry compliance for the company and client contracts i.e. gas
* Experience in estimating and submitting quotes
* Ability to identify and resolve any ongoing issues
* Experience in People Management
Responsibilities
* Oversee client contracts
* Prepare and submit accurate quotes
* Organise and prepare jobs with all necessary resources, including materials and parts
* Cost control responsibility
* Work with the MD on project department growth
* Ensure onsite health, safety, and compliance
* Carry out training and toolbox talks
* Ensure consistent workflow and communication
