Duration: 2-4 months, with a potential for a full-time position in 2026 About Us: We have a unique business model that focuses on the disposal moment of baby clothes. While we sell our own new basic baby items, we reward customers who return used items (from any brand). We offer a unique model that rewards customers for returning used items, helping to transition the industry from a linear to a circular economy. We currently collect items and funnel them to 4 channels. Resell, recycle, redesign, and donate. Role & Responsibilities: - Photo Recognition Initiative Lead the pilot project for our photo recognition initiative, utilising AI tools to test hypotheses and create a product request brief. - Clothing Sorting Analysis: Run and analyse the sorting process for collected clothing items and manage the development of our preloved box, scaling from 1000 to 5000 items per month. - Partnership Management: Work with our 12 nursery partners in London to develop partnership activities and coordinate monthly collection drives - CRM Management: Oversee the customer experience for our send-back program, aiming for a 50% return rate of clothing purchased. - Data Analysis: Use data insights to create strategies for the best revenue opportunities from collected items, as well as engage potential recyclers and upcycle designers. Turn insights into action and impact reports - Sales Channel Management: Manage our eBay and Vinted sales channels to optimise sales and presence. - Flexible Work Schedule: Aim to work 2-3 days per week, with flexible timings. - Compensation: An entry-level salary and expenses are covered during the internship, with a goal for a full-time role thereafter.
