Internal colleagues are normally appointed at the bottom of the band, unless moving within the same profession and skill level, in which case they may stay at the existing pay point.
Key Details
Hours: Full time 37 hours - Permanent
Location: Various vacancies due to promotions across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
Salary: £44,075 for Level 2 or £48,226 for Level 3, depending on experience
What You'll Do
You will support people living with long‑term conditions to live well in the community. You will work alongside them, their carers and families to understand what matters most and what support is needed to help them live a safe and independent life.

Qualifications
* Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)
* BSc / BA Social Work (BSc/BASW)
* Masters in Social Work (MSW)
* Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (SWDA)
* Equivalent Oversight Qualification
