What will your day to day look like?
You'll be managing the full sales process for the portfolio, implementing sales strategies tailored to your territory. Building relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical environments will give you the credibility to influence key decisions and shape growth for the business.
You’ll also be providing coaching and management to a sales team with the aim of creating a high-performance culture – you’ll enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your team grow under your leadership.
* Managing full sales processes for an orthopaedics portfolio
* Selling into private and NHS hospitals
* Implementing sales strategies tailored for your region
* Coaching and mentoring your sales team to drive performance
* Mentoring new team members on a structured pathway
* Building and reporting on your sales pipeline/forecast
What you’ll need
* Over 10 years of medical device sales, ideally in Orthopaedics
* A strong track record of growing market share and securing new business
* Ability to build relationships with a variety of clinical and non-clinical customers
* An understanding of how to manage and coach a team to success
* Willingness to travel across your territory up to 50% of the time
