Key Account Executive
Raytec have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Executive to join our growing team.
Purpose of the role:
* Build long-term, win-win relationships with our distributors
* Nurture incoming enquires through every stage, overcoming obstacles and objections
* Make every lead count to understand the root of the customers’ needs and requirements and see it all the way through to completion of project
* Provide tailored solutions to leverage product or service knowledge to propose customised solutions that align with the customer’s specific goals, emphasising value over cost
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Keep our current customers happy—and help them grow
2. Run regular strategy sessions with key accounts
3. Customize training and support to help partners sell Raytec products more effectively
4. Follow up on hot leads and close deals
5. Build a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
6. Collaborate with marketing to launch territory-specific campaigns
7. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to stay organized and track your wins and customer interactions
8. Attend trade shows, events, and customer visits to expand your network
