B2B Account Manager - Trade Sales (Appliances, TVs, Bathrooms & Furniture)
We're looking for confident, enthusiastic and results‑oriented people to join our Buy It Direct business sales team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in B2B sales while managing your own portfolio of customers.
In this role, you'll build strong relationships with both new and existing business customers, becoming their go‑to contact and driving repeat business with a focus on growth. You'll need to be a natural communicator with a curious mindset, able to understand what your customers need and offer the right solutions. An interest in technology will definitely help.
This isn't a cold‑calling role. You'll be working with a large base of existing business customers who have already bought from us. You'll grow and manage your own accounts, developing those relationships over time.
Day to day, you'll handle a mix of outbound calls (around 50‑85 per day to start with) and inbound enquiries once up to speed. You'll need to be self‑motivated and proactive, spotting opportunities to grow your accounts and generate new business.
Using a consultative approach, you'll ask the right questions to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and identify opportunities to upsell where it makes sense. You'll be working towards monthly targets and KPIs, while always making sure customers get a great experience from start to finish.

Salary & Benefits
* £25,759.50 basic salary
* Realistic OTE £45,000-£50,000 (uncapped bonus potential)
* Fantastic bonus scheme - top performers earn well above this
* Early finish Fridays - 3pm
