Key responsibilities
Liaising with customer via telephone & email to support with queries
Supporting planning and touting busy same day network of vehicles
Support the sales team
Responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Support the team by covering holiday periods
Regular travel to other SameDay locations to support

Great written and verbal communication
