Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and inspire your team to be their best.
* Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets, and accurate stock processes are at the core of everything you do.
* Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience in store, including ambassador duties and maintaining the store space.
* Take full accountability for the store meeting all legal and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities alongside the team.
* Play part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, contributing to brand growth by identifying opportunities and adding value.
* Show resilience during periods of change and generate ideas to solve problems and drive results.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
Qualities & Experience
* Passionate about customers, people, and fragrance and skincare products.
* Exceptional commercial understanding and the know‑how to create a fantastic shopping experience.
* Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment and adapts to change quickly.
* Excellent communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
* Confident problem solver, making sound business decisions and generating innovative ideas.
* Experienced in leading and coaching a high‑performing team and handling people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker able to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
