First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Hire Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of running a busy hire office/shop.
2. Build robust relationships with customers to foster future business.
3. Establish and maintain appropriate stock levels.
4. Provide hands-on assistance to customers.
5. Handle logistics and driver management; use hire software.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer-focused, able to problem-solve, well-organized, and determined. Previous hire or technical experience is an advantage. Leadership skills are essential. Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.
* Private medical insurance provided after successful completion of the trial period. Nest pension scheme. Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays.
Location: Croydon
Salary: £35,000+ DOE, plus additional benefits.
