As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children in Nursery and Reception classes, helping them develop key skills through play-based learning and structured activities. Person Specification Essential: Experience working with EYFS children and/or relevant EYFS qualifications (Level 2/3 Early Years or equivalent). Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must hold a DBS on update service or willing to apply for one. Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage young children in learning. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different school settings. Good organization and multitasking abilities.
