Description We are recruiting a Quality Technician to join our high-performance operations in Campsie. This role supports the inspection and verification of product quality throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and internal standards. Document inspection results and report non-conformances. Calibrate and maintain quality tools and equipment. Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvement initiatives. Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience: Demonstrable experience in quality, engineering, or a similar technical field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience: Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality methodologies. Experience with switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems. Additional information: Frequent standing and working within a manufacturing environment; PPE required.
