We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Logistics Consultant to join our Transport division at our Head Office in Leeds (LS28 5LY). This role will support one of our major, national clients whooperateacross multiple depots.
This is a key role for someone looking to grow within the business, manage a high-profile account and help expand our footprint intoadditionalsites.
WhatYoullBe Doing
You willbe responsible forthe full recruitment and client management cycle across several depot locations, including:
* Recruiting and onboarding high-quality drivers
* Liaising daily with the client across multiple sites
* Building and developing strong, long-term client relationships
* Managing workforce planning and supporting shift coverage
* Identifyingopportunities to grow the account into new depots
* Providing regular updates,reportsand proactive solutions to the client
* Ensuring consistenthigh standardsof service delivery
* Travelling to client sites whenrequired(must be able to drive and have own vehicle)
* RepresentingTRC professionally and supporting the wider transport team
WhatWereLooking For
* Proven recruitment experience within thelogistics/transport sector (essential)
* Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* Ambitious,proactiveand confident managing high-volume accounts
* Able to travel to client depots as needed (must hold full UK driving licence + own vehicle)
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise fast-moving workloads
