This wonderful hotel, featuring a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade.
About the Role
The Executive Chef and team maintain strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu includes traditional favorites and contemporary dishes, with an emphasis on quality and creativity.
Main Duties
1. Follow daily procedures and standards
2. Plan and manage the daily operations of kitchen sections
3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
4. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment
* Passion and creative flair
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
* Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
* Experience leading a section and being a strong team player
* Innovative ideas and experience to bring to the team
