This role is integral to driving data-led HR initiatives and enhancing system functionality within a forward-thinking organisation that values flexibility and development.Role & Responsibilities• Maintain and optimise the firm’s HR system (Dayforce), implementing improvements and managing system changes • Lead HR systems integration and configuration projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders • Deliver timely and accurate HR data reporting and analytics, including monthly dashboards and executive reports • Support HR team with ad-hoc reports, system training, and process documentation • Conduct data cleansing and auditing to ensure integrity across HR systems • Lead the annual salary and bonus review process in collaboration with Finance • Produce D&I reports including gender and ethnicity pay gap analyses • Continuously identify and implement improvements to HR systems and processes • Manage and develop the HR Systems and Data Analyst • Represent the team at systems and data events, staying current with reporting trendsKey Requirements• Proven experience in a similar HR systems and reporting role • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) • Comfortable with translating complex data into accessible formats for diverse audiences • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Organised and able to manage multiple projects under pressure • High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused mindsetDesirable: • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Crystal Reports) • Familiarity with SQL reporting and data migration • Previous involvement in HR system upgrades and user trainingWhy Apply?• Join a flexible and people-first organisation • Hybrid working model and a 35-hour workweek • Comprehensive benefits including private medical insurance, fitness allowance, and enhanced family leave • Excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities
